aerobic recovery stations, along with lower body exercises. You maintain your
heart rate while you perform strength training. It's fun, fast, effective and
ANYONE can do it!
Hydraulic cross training is the best of both worlds. You get the benefits of weight
training and aerobic cardiovascular workouts, while having FUN in just 30 minutes,
3 times per week.
While working at getting fit -- come in for a tan, massage or enjoy our therapeutic
